GW HTTPS inspection certificate revocation

I have an R80.20 ClusterXL setup on Hyper-V which I provisioned for HTTPS Inspection. Tests done, now I need to de-provision. Everything goes well except I can't find a way to get rid of the Outbound CA certificate and restore the prompt in the cluster object for creating one (it's a lab environment and a student needs to go through the process from A to Z). Initially I thought the ICA issued it and it should be in its storage - no sign of it in the ICA Management Tool. Then my next thought was - the active GW played a CA for itself so there must be a way to revoke it - no sign of the file found on the GW itself. SmartDashboard doesn't allow you to revoke the certificate either. I'm sure there is a way, it's just Google that is not willing to collaborate to my queries 🙂
