Error between SMS and Tufin

Hi all,

Does any body have the following error in the SIC connection between Tufin and a SMS and know how fix it?

The following problem occurred:

Opsec error rc=-1 err=-100 General error in Certificate Authority

I see that this problem is a bit old and we are facing this problem as well.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I see no information by googling.
