Accessing cluster internal IP addresses from external source via https and ssh

Hey guys,

I know this may sound like a dumb question, but I am trying to configure access to customer's cluster internal IP addresses on https and ssh and its not working. Rule is there and we can access external IP addresses from the jump server, but obviously for internal IP addresses, nat rule would most likely be needed, Im just not sure what exactly is missing.

If I go on the jump server to whatismyip.com, I see those specific IPs we get as external are configured as source hosts in the rule itself.

None of this is going via VPN tunnel, so just wondering if someone could provide best way to get this done, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks a lot!
