Dashboard cannot be initiate after R77.30 add-on


I install the R77.30 add-on in order to activate the threat extraction blade. But after the installation i have not been able to access the dashboard. I even tried to access dashboard by uninstalling the add-on but its not working. gives error: "Connection Cannot be initiat: please make sure..................." 

I there any way i can tackle this? or i need to revert to my previous state through the snapshot i have taken.
