1500 appliance ISP redundancy on VPN

Hello everyone,

I have a question about the VPN ISP redundancy on 1500 appliances, I want to know if it is supported.

I mean, if one link goes down, does vpn traffic go through the other link?

Thanks in advance

Yes, it does.

Yes, it is supported and if configured correctly, upon failure, the 2nd link would take over.

Forgot to mention important part...I was also not sure about this and Im sure LOTS of people might have misunderstanding about it. So you dont get surprised if you have ISP redundancy and there is primary link failover, if you have multiple VPN sites with your CP appliance (or cluster), those tunnels will NOT work if isp link failure happens, because other side wont "learn" automatically about new CP external IP address.

Just something to keep in mind, so you are not wondering...
