can i access admin page from sub vlan interface

hello i have created several vlan interfaces on the LAN1 physical interface. 

 

one of these svi is my management vlan, how do i allow gai ui mgmt. access on this interface ? is it possible?

I would like to allow access on vlan 11 only.  aka LAN1.11

Do you see the relevant VLAN in the area shown on my screenshot or only LAN?
If not, then you will need to restrict by IP address.
