How to change SSH encryption protocols of SMB 1200R appliance?

The SSH daemon in use is dropbear.
I see no method for changing/configuring the supported encryption algorithms.
It might require upgrading/recompiling Dropbear and other related libraries.
Given R77.20.87 is only receiving bugfixes and no new features/functionality, I suspect, short of a major security flaw in existing algorithms, what is currently supported is not likely to change.
