How to add an exception for a specific web site in the URL filtering (1490 appliance Version: R77.20.75)

For two weeks I have new checkpoint 1490 appliance Version: R77.20.75 Locally Managed via web based GUI .

So far working fine .
In Firewall , BLADE CONTROL Applications & URL Filtering is turn ON
I would like to add some exception to URL Filtering but it doesn't seems to work.

I have found something like this from the link below

How to add an exception for a specific web site in the URL filtering of CP 600/1100 appliance

It is not exactly solution for this box anyway I have tried , with no luck . I doesn't work .

Nothing in logs as well . Any other ideas for URL white list or exceptions ?

Any help or hint would be much appreciated

This sk105892 is for 77.20.x firmware, so it is also for 1490 with R77.20.75 - if you did follow it with no result, TAC should be involved.

You can unblock a specific URL or Application by creating a manual rule on top of the auto-generated on. See screenshots below.

1. Make sure you have Application and URLF enabled. Once enabled, it will generate an auto-generated rule like rule 6.

2. Create a manual rule, rule 4 or 5. I recommend rule 5 because you can simply add additional exception/whitelist to a group.
