Serious Capsule Cloud Problems

We have 2 significant problems with Capsule Cloud that seem to be new in the last 30 days.  The most concerning is only a few of our 120 users are being filtered by our Capsule Cloud policy.  I show logs from only 2 gateways in the US and one in Canada.  If I connect to the Seattle cloud gateway, I am not filtered and my logs do not show up in Log Viewer.  I uninstalled and reinstalled my CapsuleConnect application with no change in symptoms.

Next problem, our LTA is getting a 500 error in the java client logs.  The LTA is configured correctly and the OPSEC Application routinely shows: error.  The LTA runs every 5 minues but gets no logs.  Last logs received were in December 2018.  We have had Capsule Cloud in production for more than 1 year.  Logs for myself in Capsule Cloud Log Viewer ended on 12/20/18, no logs since.

The LTA case has been elevated from TAC-level3 to development.  We (me and TAC) think the cases are related and wonder if anyone else is seeing this.
