Remote Access VPN

Hi All,

We have enabled Mobile Access blade and using the Remote Access End Point Security(Client Based RA VPN). In recent days we are facing an issue that we are seeing atleast 30 to 40 ping drops after we get connected to the VPN to access the services. Earlier it was not the case we were able to connect to the services as soon as we are connected to the VPN. Tried with the new version client but still the same. We upgraded to R81 recently would it be the reason as i dont see the resources are high on firewall and not sure about the reason apart from resources.

Do you see traffic even reaching the gateway from the client while this is happening?
