ICMP request from SSL vpn blocked

Hi all,

I have SSL vpn working fine, but for some reasons ICMP packets coming from my vpn users are blocked but for networks like 10.x.x.x don't. Do I need to enable something  besides the rule I have which is allow any from my users' vpn?

I attached the policy which is blocking me.

You didn't provide enough of the log card so we can see what is actually dropping the traffic.
