Been having some issues when users want to connect to our VPN a box pops up saying no vpn site is configure and do they want to create a site? We have these preconfigured and the user has never had to put in our companies vpn site. Why does this occasionally happen? Any ideas? Where does it store this site config. We are using Endpoint full client 80.30 client.

I would say 90% are on 81.30

Sounds like you should get the TAC involved here.
Are you sure they’re using your rebuilt deployment package to install and not downloading it off our website or somewhere else?
