gotomeeting is classified as logmein

Hi guys,

Probably due to Logmein purchasing gotomeeting a couple of years ago, it would appear that whatever action is applied to one is applied to both. For example, if I block logmein I also block gotomeeting and vice versa.

So my question is, would it be possible for Checkpoint to differentiate between the two so that a different action is applied to each?

Many thanks.

Hi,

One workaround is to make custom category and put one of URL in to this and override the action.

Just a guess, but it may be because the backend may be using the same (or similar) SSL certificates.

From their public website:

If that's the case, the only way to differentiate between these applications is to use SSL Inspection.
