Can we control download bandwidth from appControl in R80.20?

Can we control download bandwidth from appControl in R80.20?

For example can i limit the bandwidth only when download from youtube?

That's precisely what the "Limit" action in the rulebase is for and has been supported for several versions.

As Dameon said a rule Action of "Limit" in an APCL/URLF policy can accomplish this, note that the enforced limit is shared by all connections matching that rule and is not per user or per connection.  Per-connection limits can be accomplished with the QoS blade, and per-user limits (in conjunction with Identity Awareness) are not possible as far as I know.
