Guides on Tacacs or 2FA authentication?

Hi All,

As a general question, are there any guides available on tacacs authentication and removing weak ssl and ssh ciphers? I have tried to look in vain unfortunately but cannot find any guides anywhere. 

Any help much appreciated.
