Disable smart Dashboard pop up

Maybe a silly question

Is there a way to disable Smart Dashboard/Smart Domain Manager from "popping up" and becoming the active window ?

Maybe somehow force it to start minimized ?

It can be very annoying when it is slow to start and takes screen focus from something else you are doing for a minute or so.

This is version 77.30 on Open Platform

To my knowledge, no.
Also, considering R77.30 is nearly End of Life, I would be surprised if we added this functionality to that release.
