.Lic file with expiration "never" gives error in SmartConsole (R81)

Hello everyone, licenses that do not expire by two gateways suddenly went into error in the SmartConsole. The error is "License Status: No License" and the "Additional Info: Cannot fetch license information due to a network error. Refer to sk114615 with error ID: 14". But there are no network problems and putting a free 30 day .lic file, the error is gone and everything works. What could be the cause? Thank you very much and have a nice day.
