EMM device group support

SandBlast Mobile has enhanced the EMM integration and now EMM device sync preserves the device group and displays the devices in the same grouping as they are listed in the EMM.

This provides a view parity for devices belonging to specific groups within the EMM.

These groups can be viewed in the Devices tab.

Supported EMMs: VMware AirWatch, MobileIron Core, MobileIron Cloud, IBM MaaS360, Blackberry BES/UEM, and Citrix XenMobile
