smartview report stuck on query execution in progress...

Hellow guys,

Im trying to generate an Application and Url Filtering general activity report in smartview, but the report hangs on the second and third page (General Activity, High Risk Applications) the used filter is

user:"[full username]([activedirectoryusername])"

I try to filter by ip and range of dates. For troubleshoot this I try to reboot the appliance, I try with chrome, firefox and Internet Explorer same result, (incognito mode, private mode) any ideas or how to solve this?
