Hi team,

We have face the error what is the solution for this error. 

endpoint management server is not installed on the management server

OS Ver Checkpoint R80.40

But we have already complete the all installation steps

Is it actually enabled on the relevant management server object in SmartConsole?

Phoneboy made an excellent point...can you make sure it is indeed enabled on the object itself? When you double click on the actual server in dashboard, on the bottom, under management tab, you will see an option called "endpoint policy management"...is that enabled?
