SIC failed to Initialize

Hi,

Currently I'm having issue when initializing SIC between Gateway and MDS.

As far as i know, SIC using port 18211 to communicate between MDS and Security Gateway.

MDS version: R80.30 Take 196

Security Gateway version: R80.30 Take 221

FYI:-

1. Ping between MDS and Gateway - Success
2. Telnet 18211,18191 from MDS to Gateway - Success
   • tcpdump on Gateway showing output on port 18211,18191.
3. Initialize SIC - Failed
   • tcpdump on Gateway not showing any output, seems like no attempt so initialized connection to port 18211.
4. No firewall between MDS and Gateway 

I tried to monitor $CPDIR/log/cpd.elg, found out below messages, not sure if I'm looking at the correct SIC logs.

Is there any method to check why SIC still can't communicate?
