Edited your subject to reflect the correct version (R81.10 versus R80.10).
Best to submit crash logs via a TAC case.

I am testing it in my home lab. So I cannot go with TAC case.

I know this may sound like a silly question (or 2), but need to ask :). Did you make sure you are using the latest console version from CP support site, as well as try another machine to see if same issue happens? If those 2 things fail, maybe worth trying reboot mgmt server, as it would not cause any outages.

There is only 1 official/released build available for R81.10 SmartConsole.
There might be issue when the users used EA version of R81.10, which is not compatible with GA.
I would try portable version of R81.10 SmartConsole, to see if the issue is also present there.

Thats a good point actually, though I will say that I was told before by 3 people in TAC to use portable console version for cloud instances only and thats what I have been doing.

Have you attempted running cpstop;cpstart on mgmt server or rebooting it?

Hi @sraj5521,
I see MGMT server-side error; if it's not too much to ask, can you please recreate the issue and provide the same time cpm.elg file?
Also, if we are on the server, I am curious about the build number so "cpinfo -y all" will be appreciated as well.

@CPIshai thank you for your reply.
I have reproduced the same error and taken out CPM.elg file and also attached cpinfo.

Thanks @sraj5521 , it seems that there are some issues in the MGMT.
Was the MGMT installed clean or was it upgraded? And if upgraded, from which version?
Thanks,
Ishai

I installed Mgmt "clean install".
