Policy installation failed

Hi.

I have 2 security gateways 77.30 and one management server 80.20. Error occurs on both gateways during policy installation.

Policy: Standard

Status: Failed - Policy installation had failed due to an internal error. If the problem persists please contact Check Point support

R77.30 gateways are end of support.
R80.20 management will be end of support at End of September.
Highly recommend upgrading to a supported release.

Usually thats fixed by doing policy install 2nd time, if not, then reboot mgmt server and/or gateway in question.

Hello,

There was a corrupted application control update this week, it caused policy install failure with error you mention on all gateways managed by the server. A fixed version was already published. Try updating application control manually an push policy again. HTH.
