New UDP listening ports on standby management after installation of JHFA Take 126

I have a management HA environment running R80.40 on Smart-1 appliances. After applying JHFA Take 126 (previously was on Take 120), I discovered new UDP listening ports spawned from the fwm process on the standby server:

This is only on my standby server, active server does not show this. I confirmed these listening ports were not present before the install of Take 126. Can anyone confirm similar behavior? I will likely open a TAC case for an explanation, but I know CheckMates will get me feedback much faster, so posting here first.

Thanks,

Dave

Can't think of a reason fwm should be listening on random UDP ports at all.
Definitely suggest a TAC case.
