I have a TAC case open but I'd thought I'd post here to see if anyone has any ideas. I am on R81 JHF 23 on all Gateways & JHF 27 on the Mgt server. I have 7 CP-3200's all defined to use Infinity Threat Protection. However, when I select it from the left side, all I get is the infamous "spinning circle". The CP TAC assigned to the case has verified and seen this issue. After some unsucessful troubleshooting attempts, they have a Export in the lab to duplicate. My SmartConsole is current 550 build.
