Can you please share cpm.elg and api.elg located in $MDS_FWDIR/log on your management server after performing the operation?

Please mention also the date and time you did it.

Does anyone know how to fix this? I have R80.40 build 994000411 and same issue. Is there any official procedure to fix this?
