Clean install R80.40, error connect smartconsole

Hi, my case: CP 5400 standalone installation R80.40, one IP address on management interface is all configuration.

When i try connect by Smartconsole i have error "internal error", why??? it is clean install!

I assume, you did install it as both GW and MGMT?

yes, i checked this parameter twice by my eyes )

I worked 5 years with CP, but this error looks strange (maybe becouse it is standalone installation?)

First off, lets check few things. If its installed as standalone, then run fw stat on ssh and see what output is. If its says initial policy or default filter, run fw unloadlocal command and try again. Make sure its pingable and also default gateway is responding. Also run cpconfig and verify that right clients (IP addresses) are allowed to connect via option "gui clients", though Im sure it would say "any" if it was never changed.
