Can't add SMB in SMP

I have an SMB 1530 appliance with a basic setup: LAN - private IP and WAN - public IP which works as it should for the customer.

I've requested a cloud SMP instance but I can't add it to it. For all I know I'm doing it by the book but I keep getting the attached message whenever I try, whatever browser or computer I use.

Not really an SMP power user so I wonder if I'm missing something?

Of course I'm using the real public IP when I try to connect, the example is just illustrative.

There may be an issue on the backend with that specific gateway.
I assume you've opened a TAC case?

I didn't, I wanted to check first if I didn't forget something (I didn't mention I'm using the latest firmware R80.20.20), so thanks for the advice, I'll take this up with TAC.
