Back date logs are not showing in smartconsole log

In the customer environment is running on R80.30 with 214 hotfix with distributed architecture. We cannot see any logs while filtering last month logs. but raw logs are available in the log path. Only issue we cannot filter logs on smartconsole.

Can you describe what you precisely mean by “raw logs are available in the log path.”
I assume you see the files there but they’re not indexed.

Like PhoneBoy said, this looks like index issue.

The best way to check is to look at $RTDIR/log_indexes/ and see what are the earliest indexes.

Also, if the indexes were deleted and the logs were not, this is probably due to daily maintenance. Look in your log server in Logs -> Storage and under Retention check how long it retains indexes.
