hung administrator session

in smart dashboard I see two administrator sessions (smart update) cannot delete/disconnect, at the CLI on the MDS see no TCP connection for same

is there a way to force that disconnect, or is this some state info not cleared from a file/database and if so where to look ?

Usually these sessions need to be cleared by the TAC.
