Smartview scheduled report failed

Hi All,

 

I have a Smart-1 used for SmartEvent Reporter. I tried to scheduled the report to export the Audit Logs for the past week and I filter by Operation = Login / Login(Failed). SMTP test connectivity was successful.

However, when i checked the report generation status in the Tasks > Archive, the status is Failed. I was unable to click it to view what is the error messages.

Is anyone having the same error ? Any idea what might be the possible cause for the status to become fail ?

Can you take screenshots of the reports itself or export it and upload here?
