R80.10 See Event Details Directly from View

In R77.30 SmartEvent, you could click on an event and open it in a new window to see the details. With R80.10, it opens the log view in a separate tab and then I have to find the event again to click on it and open in a new window to see the details.

For Example, I have a widget that shows all IPS activity. When I double-click on an event I want to see, it just opens the IPS widget in the log view, listing all the same events in the widget. Then I have to scroll down and find the event again and then click on it to open the event details. It seems like I'm doing twice the work just to see the details of a single event.

Is there any way to have it open directly to the event by double-clicking on it in a view?

Personally not aware of a way to do that right now.

Perhaps something we can investigate for a later release
