Open Server with 25x1.8 TB HDDs for MLM

Dear community,

I have a HP Server with 25x1.8 TB HDDs and want to use them to extend the /var/log partition.

I already created Raid 1 with 2 HDDs and installed Gaia.

What are the recommendations to extend the initial 1350GB /var/log partition with the remaining 23 drives?

Additional Question: Are there any other (Linux, Check Point, file System, etc.) limits being reached thinking of /var/log becoming close to 50TB in size?
