Issue with Anti-spam and Email Security Blade

Hi,

We are facing an issue with Anti-spam and Email security blade. All mail is working fine, there is no issue on Email sending and receiving. When we observed the logs we found that sender and recipient IDs are not showing. All configuration seems fine. We have an internal mail server and they are accessing the mail through outlook. They are using standard port for the mail server. Also, they have an Email Security Gateway placed in between Checkpoint and mail server. Before it was fine and there has not been any changes in the network.

Is the email transferred through the gateway now encrypted with TLS?

That change might cause that information to disappear.
