Firewall R77.30 stop logging IPS logs on SMS R.80.20

Firewall R77.30 stop logging IPS logs on SMS R80.20.Please note that FW logs are still logging properly.I confirm that GW has install latest IPS policy pockage and all services are up.Also verify disk space log server and i i try again install policy without any changes.

Anyone faces something similar?

Would you mind answering the following questions so we can assist you fully:

1) Can I confirm that the issue in question is that the manager does not receive IPS logs from the gateway anymore?

2) Are there any other types of logs that have displayed the same problem?

3) Do we have a time stamp of when the issue occurred?

4) Are you aware of any changes that might have taken place prior to encountering the problem at hand?

Yes, management stop receiving IPS logs.

2) Are there any other types of logs that have displayed the same problem?

No, i i have enable FW & identity awareness blades which i i receive up to dates logs.

3) Do we have a time stamp of when the issue occurred?

Last IPS logs is logged on 20th of September.

4) Are you aware of any changes that might have taken place prior to encountering the problem at hand?

From that day there wasn't any particular changes on this FW.

Hope to have a better view of the issue.I am waiting for any recommendation.
