Automatic Reaction Block Source doesn't work

Hello. We are using Check Point 5900 R80.30. In SmartEvent, I configured Automatic Reactions Mail and Block Source and linked with Credetial Guessing in Mobile Access Event Policy. After three Failed Log In through Check Point Endpoint Security VPN, a notification comes to the mail, but the source is not blocked for 5 minutes, as it should. I can easily connect via VPN after the tenth unsuccessful attempt to log in. What could be the problem? Thanks.
