I wanted to check if anyone has had problems accesing Infinity Portal today? In our case we and all our customers were not able to access the portal. After login this error appeared:
In some cases re trying a second time it worked fine, in other cases it required more actions, like deleting browing cache, use incognito mode, and things like that. In all cases we were able to recover access, however it caused discomfort and doubts in customers
Can we ask if CheckPoint was doing any change on the backend that caused this issue?
