cloning an IPS profile taking a long time

Hi,

I've started cloning a profile 3 hours ago.  It's still saying updating profile....

 

I'm running the latest smart console on R80.10 JHF 225 smart console 137

Probably best to get the TAC involved with that.
It generally shouldn't take more than a few minutes.
