Infinity SOC evaluation - adding a gateway

Hi All,

I'm running a trial, but unfortunately the gateways in my UC account does not appear to be available for onboarding in Infinity SOC.  I logged a ticket with TAC, they could not help and instructed me to send a mail to Infinitydeals@checkpoint.com.

I've now sent several mails to that address but have not received so much as an acknowledgement - so how does one actually get assistance during an eval?

I’d start with your local account team who can ensure the right resources are engaged.
If you’re not sure who that is, I should be able to look it up based on your email address and get you in contact with the right people.
