help with 730 appliance

hi: I'm not an expert just a noob

I'm using 730 appliance 20.87 Gaia

I have a controller that is connected to my network 

I contact it with dhcp it got 192.168.1.14

the controller is web interface port 80 

is there a way to make it web server and concoct it from my home 

I'm using a fix ip

That should be fine...so what happens when you try? Do you see logs in the firewall for your source IP?

Im not sure than, sorry...without being able to see for myself, its hard to guess. I would contact TAC and see if they can double check it for you.

just to clear it up my 730 appliance is connected as dhcp to another router 

i'm trying to connect device controller for the hvac that have a browser interface (por 80)

If it were me I probably wouldn't just be using NAT to expose my HVAC and opting for a more secure route.

What do the corresponding rules look like in the inbound access / firewall policy? 

Do you see anything with tcpdump when you filter for the designated source address?

i get udp/1900  & udp/138

that in the log (wan)

In this case you need to investigate where the port 80 traffic is stopped.
