How many users can Identity Collector process per second?

Hi..

If refer to the Identity Collector document, it can process 1900 AD events per second.
Taking Windows 2012 Domain Controller as an example,
When a user connects, it sends a total of 4 events: 4624, 4768, 4769, and 4770.
Then, I wonder if the Identity Collector handles the maximum of about 475 people per second.
Please advise on my query.
