It happens here sometimes on a perfectly working Internet connection. Might be that updates.checkpoint.com is not reachable due to DNS shortage, servers capacity exhausted, routing problems,etc, etc. Just wait a bit and it will work again.

Was this Gaia 77.30 environment? I have same issue with 77.30 gateway. Looking at rebooting it
