Updatable Objects R80.40 - Icons/Flags of objects not visible - Is it normal?

Hello,

I tried to add updatables objects, I already checked the corresponding SKs, it is ok. I just do not have the same DNS configuration on the secure gateways and endpoints fyi

My question here is just about the icons and flags of the updatable objects. With the last version of the SmartConsole R80.40 + R80.40 JHFA Take 78 on our lab environment I do not see any icons or flags (geo localisation) of the objects. I see the grey bar for all objects instead of the flags for geo localisation for an example present on the screenshot in this sk:

I do not see any information about this issue and how to solve it if it is on our side.

Thank you for your advise.

On our side, the issue was on the web proxy: for one server where the SmartConsole is located, I observed that there were some denied accesses on the proxy for the corresponding Check Point urls in http (not https) where the .ico files are located for the updatable objects:

http://secureupdates.checkpoint.com/appi/v1_0_0/icons/<filename>.ico

Like:

http://secureupdates.checkpoint.com/appi/v1_0_0/icons/cp_geo_mk.ico

http://secureupdates.checkpoint.com/appi/v1_0_0/icons/cp_int_intune.ico

http://secureupdates.checkpoint.com/appi/v1_0_0/icons/cp_wb_webex.ico

etc...

Corrected, now I see the icons and flags of the updatable objects from the SmartConsole on this server.

Did this work previously?
Probably need a TAC case for this.
