How to monitor web content filtering

In order to avoid that a problem on our checkpoint or a wrong policy let the users access to an unauthorized website, Is there a way to be alerted when a specific url or a category or an application is accessible for specific ip addresses or users?

However, you can't create custom App Control compliance rules, only ones for Firewall and (in R80.20) Gaia OS rules.
