Bug in sub-policy hit count calculation

You guys seem to have a bug in calculating hit count for sub-policy when timeframe is say 1 month:

Depends on the precise rules.
A flow can potentially hit multiple rules when App Control is involved.
Should the counts be that different (top-level rule versus inline rules), don’t know.

Looks like a bug to me too. The parent rule cannot have less hits than one of the child ones.
