Hello Experts
I would like to confirm one specific point regarding Smart-1 Cloud.
Is it officially supported to reboot a Security Gateway that is managed by Smart-1 Cloud, directly from SmartConsole (or any Smart-1 Cloud management function)?
If there is any official documentation, SK, or design statement clarifying this behavior, I would appreciate it.
Thank you.
Other than for the Management object itself I don't recall the "run script" action being restricted in either the streamed or native SmartConsole client so that might be an option for you though would need to be tested / checked with TAC for an official answer.

Script examples: https://community.checkpoint.com/t5/General-Topics/Reboot-Script/td-p/202631
Apart from script, you can open shell from smart console and execute reboot command.
Select desired gateway --> Action --> Open Shell
K, just verified and what Gaurav said is how you do it. Just make sure to open streamed smart console once logged in, then right click on the gateway, actions -> open shell, log in and then reboot.

Thank you.
In our case, the gateway is a Quantum Spark appliance managed by Smart-1 Cloud.
Could you tell me whether it is officially supported to reboot a Spark gateway using:
reboot -f
Is this equivalent to a normal Gaia reboot for Spark appliances?
If there is any related SK or official guidance, please let us know.
"reboot -f" is forced so not equivalent to a normal GAiA reboot I would say.
Please reach out to TAC for an official statement on supportability where required.

Let me verify shortly, but I believe what @Gaurav_Pandya has said makes total sense.
