License Generator is temporary unavailable. Please try again later.

I am trying to license an Mobile access blade for a clusterxl member that was recently purchased.  In the user center, after attaching the blade to the cluster container, I click license and nothing seems to happen.  When I select check license, I get the following:

License generation has failed for the below products.

Does anyone have an idea what can cause this?  It has been going on for 5 days and Checkpoint support has not responded to my request.

Cluster member 2 is working fine.

Did you try to activate the license in GAiA WebGUI yet ?

I cannot get that to work for some reason.  Evidently I am not that familiar with Checkpoint licensing.  I thought maybe the above error was something that could be easily resolved.  I also thought it would be easy to just add on Checkpoint mobile licenses to the existing blade but doesn't appear to be the case.

Yes, thanks.  Checkpoint support was able to resolve this issue for me.  I have no idea what the solution was, but it is working now.  I think it had something to do with a central licensing issue.  Thanks,

I'm guessing it was something on our end we needed to fix.
Glad it got sorted out.
