How to upload new attachment to TAC in the opend SR?

Hi all,

 

Just feel annoying that sometime TAC required some attachments for troubleshooting.

If I upload that files to Google drive, they will just tell me that they are not allowed to download it from there.

I am looking for a Button to do that on the SR update page...

 

Might I know if I just miss it?

- click the Details Tab

- scroll down until you see

Attachments

and the Upload File link !

But currently, many uploads in aAttachements stay in status processing... and can not be retrieved by CP - best would be to ask in CP an update to provide SFTP credentials and use the FTP Web interface or WinSCP for upload!

Remember, with NotUpp, you will need the CLI for the same task 😉

The problem is, that SFTP account is not generated automatically after ticket is open. In past (when cpinfo upload was in place) I started almost every ticket with cpinfo of mng and gw, now I need to wait till SR owner open sftp account.
