Hi,
We have outsourced our IT services to a 3rd party. One of their support staff working with us since many years have left the company. He was using laptop with Windows 7 OS. He now states he is unable to remember the password of Endpoint Security. We have the user name. What can be the solution to this.
Please help.
Depending on your needs, there is a couple of options:
1. You can always wipe out the machine clean by re-installing the OS
2. You can run DFE recovery procedure. Talk to the EPS administrators and refer to documentation.
