Possible issue with computer ID

We have used TeamViewer to remotely deploy package. Whilst the install was successful the connection to the server seems to have had some issues. The laptop is a domain joined device. The device seems to have been added to checkpoint so we now see two devices and only one blade seems to be communicating.
